In 2004, Gary interviewed Dan for a project managers position. After learning of his relatable personality, he suggested that he could be a successful sales rep. Dan took the offer. Later, he decided to further his education in the field of architecture. Ed Molter was the draftsman at the time for Gary, and after two years, decided to go out on his own. Sometime later, Ed and Dan joined forces to create Precise Design. Through their growing business relationship, Gary, Ed, and Dan have now created the Harbor Design and Build Group.
